STILL BAD SERVICE

I REFER TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT (REQ:2467486) WHERE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE I GOT FROM THE MONTAQUE GARDENS REPAIR CENTRE. MY WIFE'S BLACKBERRY WAS BOOKED IN FOR POWER ISSUE.
THE REPAIR CENTRE SAID THAT THE PHONE HAD DEEP SCRATCHES AND WAS DAMAGED. AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT WITH HELLO PETER, I WAS ASKED TO REBOOK THE PHONE SO THAT "THE PRIORITY CAN BE ELEVATED". AGAIN THE PHONE WAS BOOKED IN AND INSPECTED AS FOLLOW: "SLIGHT SCRATCHES ON THE TOP RIGHT AND LEFT OF FACE, SLIGHT SCRATCHES ON DELETE AND ENTER BUTTONS" AFTER TWO WEEKS THE PHONE WAS AGAIN RETURNED WITH A HALF PAGE OF MASS PRODUCTION EXCUSE PAPER, ONLY STATING THE JOB NUMBER 3630226, NO PROOF THAT THIS PAPER WAS EVEN REVERING TO MY PHONE, STATING "QUOTE WAS REJECTED BY CLIENT/ PHYSICAL DAMAGE/ COSMETIC DAMAGE. I ASKED THE ASSISTANT AT TYGERVALLY TO SHOW ME THE DAMAGES WHAT THE REPAIR CENTRE TALKS ABOUT, NOR SHE OR HER MANAGER COULD POINT THIS OUT.SHE THEN SAID THAT SHE WILL SEND AN E-MAIL TO THE REPAIR CENTRE AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. THIS HAS NOW BEEN GOING ON SINCE JULY, AND WE STILL HAVE NO PHONE FOR WHICH WE PAY A MONTHLY INSTALMENT. WHO DO I NEED TO SPEAK TO, TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED.
