I have sent my complaint on 10 Dec 2013 after which I was informed that the matter will be investigated. On 16 Dec 2013 I receive a response saying according to the Vodacom Sales team this matter is resolved. I have not received any contact from Vodacom in this regard and I still have not been contacted to collect the hand set as explained in my original complaint, so I think you have been misinformed by your sales team.
