To whom it may concern

I did an online application and Senzo Guomedo called me back, we did the application and it was approved, he advised that they will need to run a debit order to see if the account details provided are legitimate, I told him to postpone the application I'll do it on a later day when there is sufficient funds in the account, he placed me on hold and come back to me promising that my account will not be debited, i checked my bank statement now and to my surprise i have a unpaid on my account to Telkom for which I was charged R115, I am furious and very disappointed, I specifically asked him and he assured me.. i haven't received a call from Telkom since the day i did the application, can someone please advise what's going on and who is going to pay that bank charges, the Ref i got from him is gum20131111001
