I applied for a p/loan via cellphone banking on the 26.09.2013, I then called the call centre the follow up with my application. I was then told my application is with an agent Lebo Joyce Maboea F3601250, when I spoke to Lebo she said she cannot assist me i need to speak to cellphone banking department. I called cellphone banking and they refferred me back to Lebo. Lebo advised she works for fnb lifestyle and my application is with fnb sage, she transferred me to helpdesk and said i should ask for sage I was then told there is no sage division. Eventually i got transferred back to Lebo and I requested to speak to her manager Samantha Kanes who was of no help at all i then asked Samantha to cancel the application snd she advised she unable to do that, however Matshidiso Msisi cancelled the loan application. I must say the service i received ws beyond poor Ive been transferred all over fnb and nobody including the manager was able to assist me.
