No following up on Application

I did the application on line (9182632) and it was pre approved therefore all I had to do to complete the application was to go to my nearest branch to sign the application forms and leave copies of my Id, proof off address, The consultant advised me he would send the application though as soon as we left the bank, I believe this was not done because as per numerous calls made to the call centre (086 0103116) and messages left for Titus on (011874 7960) to phone me back which never happened, I am always to one that has to follow up on the process, I phoned (086 0103116) to my surprise the whole process was pending as they did not have clear copy of my ID, and Titus had on that day done nothing to rectify the situation up until I phoned him, after which he sent through more copies, which was also not good enough, Titus did not bother to contact me to ask for a clearer copy, He keeps on sending the same unclear copies and it keeps on being rejected. I Eventually became fed up and spoke to his Line manager Shakira, who advised she would speak to him to find out why the application is delayed, took my details and assured me she would phone me back, I never received any call.
