Two weeks ago my husband responded to an advert by Bayport. He sent his details and received an sms to inform him that his application was approved. He was then contacted by a Bayport consultant who informed him that they needed him to fill in some forms and send it back to them with a copy of his payslip and his ID. He then mailed it back to them. He then received an sms to inform him one of their consultants would contact him to complete the application. The consultant contacted him and advised him that he needs to open a bank account as we have a joint account and i am the main account holder. He then opened the account and the consultant phoned him on wednesday and took his account number and informed him that his phones will be delivered last week Friday. Friday afternoon he phoned Bayport as the phones was still not delivered and got told his application was rejected. I feel that they are misleading as the informed him his application was approved and not once did they inform him that his bank account should be 6 months old. I would like for you to please look into the matter for me. Thank you very much. Beverley Sass
