Seems sad that I have to resort to hellopeter to cancel my contract
My contract ends on the 6th of September all I want to do is cancel it from that date but I have been into your shops no less than 5 times, mailed whoever I could but to no avail. Everytime I go there they call retention or cancelations and there is always a storey, like its a business contract and they cant help. The reason I do not want to continue the service is your out of bundle rate is a blatant rip off and I am tired of you from me. I was unable to change the account to a top up and was unable to see my usage as I use an ipad and to reset passwords you send sms's? how backward that you cant reset passwords by mail? the number I wish to cancel is 0718589717
I have moved to 8ta and what a pleasant experience no ridiculous out of bundle rates their app works to tell you how much you have used. Loving it. cancel my contract and take care
