Laptop still missing-no feedback

Even after my complain on hello peter and receiving a call from Autopage (Marco Adonis) and being told I need to pick up my laptop at East Gate Mall only to find out the laptop that I collected was not even mine and i toke it pack to East rand mall and all Jackie is saying she is waiting for Johan from repair centre. All I want now is to cancel the contract and the TAB 3 that i got for the upgrade to replace the laptop that Autopage has lost, why must i pay every month for a device that they have lost from September till today nothing has happened and Elias at the customer service is as clueless as the rest of the people that i have deal with, they refuse to cancel my account and all they can say is sorry we understand your frustration, but they do not even call or do anything about the way they have inconvenience me in my life.
