Last week I had a complaint with East Rand Retail Park Branch. My complaint consisted of the fact that I wanted my unrepaired laptop back. Although the complaint was dealt with I still have not received a call to let me know when I can collect my unrepaired laptop. In an e-mail correspondence the branch manager let me know on the past Friday that I would be able to collect the laptop either Monday or Tuesday this week. He also called me and told me the same thing as to what he e-mailed me. I phoned on Tuesday and was told that the laptop would be there on Wednesday. I actually want to ask for my handling fee back seeing as it is taking so long just to get my unrepaired laptop back. Today is Wednesday I have phoned and was told that the driver is still on his way. When will I be able to collect my laptop?
