The windows 8 that i bought for my son's new laptop does not operate properly. there is no drivers available for his 3g card OR dstv drifter. the laptop does not even recognise its own cd-rom drive.
the laptop and operating system is necessary for his engineering studies at UP. he needs to down load information from the Tukkies website, but now can't and his classes starts tomorrow.
my investment of R8 000 is now useless because of the non-operation of the operation system.
i need these items corrected urgently!
