Yet again you have raised the bar when it comes to incompetence. I need to change my address, and having previously experience your poor service I phoned into your call centre more than a week ago to get my address changed. I phoned again last week to verify if it has been done, and the call centre agent read what sounded like the correct address.
So on Friday 20 December 2013 I went to the Vodacom shop in Fourways Mall to get a statement, just to discover my address is wrong. After spending TWO HOURS to get my address correct, they messed up my name. The store manager Lumley Khoba promised she will resolve it over the weekend, and get back to me (of course she didn't in typical Vodacom style), so I went back on Sunday. After waiting 30min, in a shop that is not busy but operated by personnel that work at a snail's pace, I finally managed to raise my query again. She disappeared into the back, not to be seen again. There were no feedback regarding progress, so for all intends and purposes she hid in the back of the store. I left after waiting another 30min. I have wasted more than three hours of my time to get my address changed but to no avail.
