For the last 4 months i have had extremely BAD service from telkom technical support regarding ADSL. Being told continuously that the fault is due to line upgrade is rubbish as how can a line upgrade better the service if telkom cannot supply the service (ADSL and landline) they are currently being payed for which on it's own constitutes a breach of the consumer protection act. The call centers don't do a thing except "reset the port" which does absolutely NOTHING. Besides a act of good luck seeing a telkom technician anywhere near a junction box or exchange. Now that even the land lines are down service is worse. I was told that my service error would be escalated... PULL THUMB OUT TELKOM AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
