Shocking Lack of Focus

My July bill for my contract phone went up to R1396.00 when i was supposed to be paying R449.00 I understand that i can over shot data usage but why should it be so high? I phoned the call centre to verify the bill, but could not be helped as some of the authentication questions were ridiculous and I could not remember. Such as the plan am on. Is that a reason to refuse to help a client? Apparently the billing address was also wrong, so if i forgot i cannot get help. I have to go to a Vodacom shop which means time spent and fuel cost on my part. I asked the call centre agent to verify if i used a home address or a postal address, she refused to say and insisted i go to a vodacome shop. I have paid Vodacom R1349 and on top of that i must incur more costs to verify my details? REVIEW YOUR AUTHENTICATION PROCESS AND REMOVE NON VALUE ADDING QUESTIONS!
