I tried to reset my password on the internet to log on to the Vodacom website which I have used lots of times before. When you try and reset the password the system asked for the secret answer to a question - but the question is not displayed so I have no idea what the answer will be. So I tried a few things and blocked my account. I phone the 082111 number, as suggested on the website, just to be told that I must phone a different number, if I recall correctly 082155. They guys there logged a call on my behalf and said that they will get back to me within 24/48 hours. I got an SMS later telling me that the account was unblocked. I tried again to reset the password with the same result. Phoned the call desk again (about 3 weeks ago), they guy did not believe me and tried to reset my password with the same result - no secret question. He logged a call again on my behalf and said they will get back to me. Nobody contacted me. I then phoned them a week later; they said my call is still pending. I asked them to get back to me but still no word from them. A week later I phoned again, was told it is still pending. This is now a week later and still no word. This is very frustrating!!!
