Tried to log in to ABSA internet banking - site not available. When I eventually got in, my password is recalled out of the blue.
St Lucia KZN does not have an ABSA branch. 1st Consultant I spoke to, undertook to put me through to someone who could assist me with "alternative ways to reset my password" - no luck, because the line just went dead. Phoned again - 2nd consultant knew nothing about 1st consultant's "alternative ways" - only option is to go to an ABSA branch to have password reset.
Our nearest ABSA branch is 75 km from here. Not my fault that my password got recalled, but now it is MY problem to have my password reset. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
