TERRIBLE SERVICE REGARDING FAULTY HANDSET

I received a Sony Xperia Z1 on the 1st December which was a Sunday at Vodacom Vangate Mall. Thursday while at work the screen went blank for no apparent reason, I then reset the handset and it worked fine after that. On the Friday the camera decided not to work, I then took the phone back to the shop. I showed the assistant that the phone was not working correctly and to my advantage she processes the OBFs at the store. I was told by the lady that the OBF should be approved for the latest Friday the following week. I then asked for a white Z1 and she wrote my request down on a page say the phone would be in the store the Friday. I called the store the Thursday after not hearing anything from them the entire week, I was told the matter would be referred to the guy who initiated the contract. I did not receive any call from them the Friday. I then went to the shop the Saturday where the guy that helped me initiate my contract gave me his word the new phone would be there the Tuesday due to the public holiday the Monday. I went to pick up the phone and the phone I ordered was not there neither was the OBF. I was promised I would be called back again and once again I was not.
