New Phone Problems

I upgradede my phone on the 21 December, on Thursday the 26. December my phone gave me a battery problem. The battery life was full on the phone wen suddenly the entire battery just drained and the phone switched off. Wen I charged the phone again it took 30 mins to recharge full again. I cudnt do anything tht day as it was public holiday and I was away. I called the MTNstore on Friday to ask wat time they were open untilthe lady said 7pm but she also said that Friday was my day 6 of my contract. So I knew I had another day to return it I decided to go to the store on Saturday to return it and the sales person Jonelle said tht she would need to book it in for warranty repairs and the second sales person Mubanga was extremely rude.i asked around to find out which lady I spoke with but no one owned up. But thts fine I called from my work phone and the call was recorded. I dnt believe I wad treated fairly and I am extremely dissappointed with the service from cresta staff.
