What a nightmare getting my phone repaired

On the 3rd Of Jan 2013 I took my phone in for repairs, I was told the that repairs take 7days and would be calledd the next Wed to pick up my phone.By Friday still no word so I called them again and I was told the phone would arrive back from their repairs shop the next day Sat. Monday the 14th Jan 2013 I went in to pic up the phone was now told repairs take 14day now and I would be called by Wed and would have to pay from my pocket to have it couriered back to me in EL, by Friday still no word from them so I called myself, Teboho told me my phone had returned on Thursday (no one in the store felt I needed to know this but oh well) called my courier guys to pick it up so I could get it today... BUT they returned a DEAD phone, I take it no one bothered to check in the store if it works or not. Then Tanya tell me that they have to book it to rpairs for ANOTHER 14day!!! It's clear the phone is beyond repair right now and it must be replaced, I refuse to sit another 14days without a phone that I paid for.
I have bought 5 handset from CA Cellular in the past year and a half... this treatment has left me with egg on my face and bitterly disappointed
