Monday 2/9 I ordered a Sony Xperia Z, in white from the MTN store in the Hypermarket. Martie was very helpful & said the phone would arrive by Wed 4/9.By Thurs I had still not heard from them, so I phoned the store. From 9 till 5 the whole day, no one bothered to answer. I then called the Pep stores, opposite them and they told me that the MTN store was indeed open. Eventually after reaching them on Friday morning I was told by Martie that the phone had arrived on Thursday already I then told her that I tried to phone the store the whole day but no one answered. She said she wasnt in on thurs and that another lady was there (I cant remember her name). I then arranged to collect the phone on Sat. When I got to the store the other lady was there she then told me I would lose all my airtime and that the new airtime would only kick in on 7 oct. I was furious. She explained that my contract runs till the 7th which was this specific day and that she wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I told her that if I was contacted when the handset arrived as arranged, this would not have happened, as Thurs was way before the time. I am disgusted ONCE AGAIN in MTN.I think it is time to move on!
