Unfilled contract upgrade

2 Months ago I upgraded 1 of 4 lines. The number in question is 08290008800. After taking delivery of the phone it was faulty. I returned the phone to Nashua Mobile Sandton. 2 weeks later it was returned to me - faulty. After raising complaints both telephonically and on HelloPeter someone from the Nashia Mobile problem / action management team was sent to my office to deliver a loan phone and collect my faulty phone.

It has been 2 months since the alleged upgrade and I have yet to take delivery of a functioning mobile phone that is due to me as part of the contract.

This will be the third complaint I am raising on HelloPeter for the same issue. I am tired of talking to your call centre who are clueless as to what is going.

You have no record on your systems of anyone delivering me a loan phone or of anyone collecting my faulty phone. In short you are lost what should have been my new phone and you have no clue who when how this has transpired.

You have NOT fulfilled your contractual obligations. The agreement is therefore null and void. I expect NOT to billed any further for this line with immediate effect. I will transfer the line to another service provider.
