I recently decided to port to CellC, as they had a good deal (Prepaid). However I submitted the request to port 1 day ago. despite the fac that t I still waited as the consultant advised me that as a result of my request being submitted in the evening, it will be processed on the next day.
The next day has arrived, I get the SMS to say that the number has been successfully moved over... but my sim has been totally deactivated I cannot make or take calls, ... HOW DOES 1 STOP UR SIM WITHOUT ACTION AT ALL
Better still the agent asked me to call THEM, as the porting division only opens during normal office hours?
I would think that Cell C should step up their game in terms of porting, especially during this season and also taking into consideration the desperation of marketing antics as a result of service providers wanting to get more clients, hence the marketing...
