When my contract with Cell C finished I decided to go to MTN due to an previous incident with Cell C. I asked MTN to port my number for me. Cell C stretched this process out for around a month. Giving MTN minimal amount of information while declining all port request. Each time there was an issue I had to call Cell C and throw my toys out of the cot before progress was made. Eventually the number go ported after I had to call the Call centre several times and each time getting just enough information to move the request forward one step.
Thank you Cell C you made it easy to never ever consider you as a supplier again.
