Due to incompetence, I closed my last account with Autopage on 13 Jul 2013. (I closed/moved 4 business numbers away from Autopage the past few years when their contracts expired). I moved over to Vodacom and its been a pleasure.
Sadly, since 01/11/13 I am receiving invoices from Autopage and my bank is being debited for a phone number I never owned. I phoned accounts last month - spoke to Priscilla, and she assured me that it would be corrected and credited back to my account.
A month later, it has not been credited, and I have a new invoice. I tried phoning them, but after 4 incorrect transfers and 2 lines that just ring at corporate accounts I have given up. So even when one makes a decision to get rid of a company with poor service, they still manage to haunt you.
