Problem with porting from cellc to vodacom

Dear Vodacom,
Since yesterday I have been trying to port my cellc prepaid to vodacom prepaid.
On 26th I visited the vodacom shop in Randburg and requested them to port my number.

The gentleman named Ahmed (VODACOM CHATZ CONNECT RANDBURG-011 787 7799) submitted the port request and I got the SMS with pin 15373. Then he told that I should get another SMS and call him back only when I get the second SMS. The serial number of the sim card that was sold to me is 89364700000001164497.

Till today morning I did not get any SMS and he called me to followup on the progress. He submitted a port request again but the system did not allow him to do so as the request from yesterday was already there ""20130826104837VODASP278243277531254896"" in pending state.

Contacted cellc and they told me that there is no port request from vodacom for the mobile number 082 432 7753. Then in the afternoon I visited the vodacom store in cresta shopping centre and the gentleman named Zano helped me to do the porting. He first did a rica of the sim card that I had with me with sim number 89364700000001164497. He asked me to put the new SIM but after putting in my phone I realized that my number is not ported.
