Frustrated by the lack of assistance from MTNSP

My contract phone was on 13/12/13. I reported it same time to MTN & they suspended my sim card & blacklisted the phone. I was given an ITC number (14841280) & was told to call 0831236084 with a case number. The very same day I reported it to the police station. When I tried calling 0831236084 I was unable to get through for assistance. I've been calling religiously ever since (they don't open sundays & holidays). I've held for as long as 45 minutes at a time. I called the 808 number late Tuesday and was told they would forward my contact number to -knows-who who would call me back. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. Today (19/12/13) I called again (011) 808 9000 after failing dismally to get through to 0831236084. I was given the same sad story about somebody calling me back (ref 107355260). I've had a contract phone with MTN for 19 months and have never missed a payment. I get R200 airtime & I do my cellphone banking with the very number (sim card) that is suspended, which I now have no access to. I don't pay for these services for the fun of it. This has now become the biggest inconvenience & I'll be damned if you guys think you will debit my account before this issue is sorted out!
