My grandmother has a account with Jet, I remember when she open the account she used my number as a contact number, 4 years back I realised that i getting airtime and i thought it was free and i decided to call vodacom, so they told me that no i have a contract with jet cellular thing. I spoke to my grany and she was shocked as well and she decided to go and cancell the contract. They told her that they have cancelled it, and that was 2 years back, following month i saw that am still geting the airtime so i tried to cancelled it myself. I it was never canceled. I bought a blackberry and wanted to connect my BIS and I called the 0860 number that i got from vodacom, till this day am waiting for them to call me so i decided to buy a new sim car and used my old sim to my old phone. now my sim card is broken and i really want to do sim swap and guess what i have been calling the number since this morning. and also called the 0800 number and did i got help, NO. please I need jet to cancel this contract that my poor grandmother cannot even afforf to pay. The cell number is 072 942 7287 which is now broken and need a sim swap.
