Good day
I lost my cellphone - S1 which I was using as a spare cell on prepaid. Logged with Mtn Insurance - ITC Ref 14828052 & got a Police Case no. 275/12/2013.
28th Dec 2013 - Visited the Mtn store in Canal Walk and spoke to Ilhaam -0832005182 who tried calling MTN Insurance for me as well but no answer thus emailed them and forward the mail to me as per my request.
I tried calling back the MTN Insurance number - 0831236084, to date... no luck as tried calling on the 6th Jan 2014 and held on for 1hour 2mins 57seconds... no one answer the call.
7th Jan 2014 - emailed Ilhaam once again and she advised me to contact the 808 number which I did on the 6th Jan but no one bothered to answer.
I have been paying insurance on my S1 (R60.00per month) for more than 2 years even though I was using as a prepaid, yet when I am trying to claim now... no one bothers to answer my calls but taking my money month to month is not a problem for MTN?
Please - all I ask that someone call me and sort out my claim?!
I am really not very happy with MTN at the moment... they really getting TOO BIG FOR THEIR BOOTS?!
