I applied for an account with your company three weeks and and was called back but your agent who promised to get back to me and tell me the out come of my results the following day, i called back and didn't get any information about what was going on and was promised again to be called back .which your agents did not do that. Again i called on Monday and was told that the same number i have been calling all along is the wrong number and they would like cal me back, yesterday called spent 15 min on hold and calling back and please note all this time i am calling on me cellphone and again the guy i call said he would call me back then today i call you guys AGAIN and this lady says i do not meet the "minimum criteria " i asked her what they are as i feel i have a right to ask and was told to hold which i did and after holding the phone for 5 min the phone was cut and i would like to know is this the way your company deals with clients i am permanently employed take home more than R8000 and have my own house what else do i need to have an account with you guys and also what gets to me is the unprofessional manner you agents have dealt with me i am no
