My name is PATRICK B KAMANGA Passport Number CN458514. I bought a Samsung S4 IMEI Number 356833056051380/01 through MTN Northgate. I then insured it. My phone was and i reported it to MTN and they blocked and advised me to go and report at the police station and do an affidavit. I did exactly the same and faxed it to MTN SP Insurance. This was on the 24th of August 2013. When i try to call the insurance number 0831236084 and chose option 0, nobody answers. Upto now i have not got my phone but i pay insurance every month. your help will be appreciated regarding this matter. My cellphone number is 0717666972.
