My sisters new phone has been giving her problems been sent for repairs for a number of times (she will lodge her complain separately for that).
so yesterday i decided to accompany her to Vodacom to solve this. when we got there there was no one working at the counter ant there were two ladies helping other customers whom i assumed were doing contracts. we waited patiently for about 30min or so, the other lady whom i later learnt was a "manager said we will be attended to soon, as we waited two other customers came in and the other lady (Farhana) immediently attended to her, i asked her about this as we had been waiting long and she told me to wait she was going to help us, this wasnt acceptable how can you make people wait and then attend to those who came after, and she gave us bad attitude i pointed out to her that her attitude was unacceptable and she told me if i have a problem with that i can just go out and find another branch. how dare? i told her i will do no such as i had already waited long to be served, we went on to say she knows she has bad attitude and those who want to handle it do and those dont must do what ever its not her problem. the woman was plain rude...
