I went to jet stores on 25th june 2013, as I come in by the door told the security I came to exchange shoes, then ws told to swap then, quee. Exactly I swap the shoes, and patiently waited in the long quee, when I ws in front one staff lady asked me how can I be assisted, I told her I'm exchanged shoes, she asked for slips, I showed her, then was told I cannot exchanged with the card, she told me the security guys were suppose to tell me, and I was like so I queed for nothing and I didn't know how it works as I have never had account with them, as I was exchanging on behalf of my sister. Then I asked another lady by cellphone counter, I'd like to c the manager, she pointed two ladies, by kids department, I went to them, greeted them politely and ask for the manager and then she just shouted and said her exact words DON'T YOU SEE WE ARE TALKING, while suprised with such attitude, and she's like whts your problem, why do I want to see the manager, and I ask are you the manager. And I explained to her what happened. Then she tells. Me its not security .s responsibility to have info. In regards to cards and exchange of goods, and I'm like but the other lady told me, she s so rude!!!
