They have a sign saying "ask the Pharmasist" so my wife went to that counter as she wanted to see the pharmasist after 10minutes of waiting there she was told to wait at the back of the cue with the rest of the customers who is waiting at the dispensary. When she got to the front of the cue the asked if she could now see the pharmasist, she was told very abruptly by an ennoyed staff member behind the counter to go wait at the counter with the sign that read "ask the Pharmasist". So my wife told the lady that she was told to wait here. The lady behind the counter were not interested in what my wife had to say and rudely told her to wait at the other counter after she waited again for another 10 minutes in that cue. The dispensary staff are always rude and make you feel like they are doing you a favour by attending to you. You always wait for your medication for about 20 to 25 minutes, which I dont have problem with, but it bugs me when you wait that long and the staff are resting on their arms on the counter. This has been going on for a while now, no wonder customers arw going next door to the clicks pharmacy.
