Bad service!

We arrived at KFC N1 City @ 22:10, waited in the drive thu for more than 50 minutes, got served, but the cashier 1st got our order wrong after telling her 3 times. Had to wait for supervisor to override the incorrect items. Also while waiting, the cashier was going to help 2 children who's parents decided that the drive thru was too long and wanted to jump the queue. When I told her it was unfair, I got attitude, she seriously ignored me. After that she rang the correct order up, gave our change, and I waited for an apology for her attitude and for making us wait so long due to her being deaf, instead she turned her back towards us (that's rude & disrespectful). We got to the window to collect our food, and I insisted on seeing the Manager, the Gentleman said she was busy, how could that be if the store was closed and only drive thru was open? When these things hapen Supervisors/Managers should be available, that's how it works in any store! These people need to get rid of their attitudes, no one said they should work there if they don't have people's skill honestly. This is unacceptable!! We waited so long, due to the lady not being able to take down orders, worse service ever!
