I used to be a regular customer at this Pick n Pay branch, but of late, find the service and attitude there absolutely unacceptable! When visiting there again today, I was standing in the que at the kiosk counter waiting very patiently so that 1 of the pick n pay employees could be served before me. There was only one till open. Then a second lady opened the till behind me, but immediately started helping all the other black customers behind me, who was not there before I got to that counter. I then said: "excuse me, but I have been waiting here for almost 10 min already while the pick n pay employee can be helped with his lunch purchase on the books and was here before al these people behind me" upon which this cassier told me that is not true and began arguing with me. I just walked off and went to the floor manager. I explained what happened and mentioned that it is the 3rd time in a row that I visit that store and am being blatantly ignored in a que and the black customers are helped before me!? I asked him if there was something wrong with the colour of my skin, because that seems to be a problem!? He just stared at me! I am also a paying customer and deserve the same respect/serv
