She is the lady by the enquiries/collections. I got to the bank and was ecstatic that there was only 2 people in the queue and one at the counter. Then when I saw it was the same OLD lady as all my previous bad experiences I knew it would take forever. So after waiting about 5min the guy in front of me said this was ridiculous and stormed out... So then I asked the guy in front of me how long he had been waiting and he replied "Too long" and then said about 30min. So I went to ask a young Indian women if she could assist or find someone else to assist and she simply replied "NO, there's no one else that can do that, we cant help you! " with an attitude. So then I waited a little while longer and then went to the branch managers office and spoke to a lady there (She was a visitor) She then went to a few staff members and said they have to help us because this is unacceptable! Then a guy named Eric returned from his lunch break and he was SOOOO efficient and happy. He help 3 of us and then only did the old lady finish with the same client she was busy with when I walked in. She needs to retire!! many people complain about her. She should be put on a filing job. Eric is FANTASTIC though
