08 December 2012, It was 4 of us at Wimpy in Goldreef City when we got there a lady took us to a table of 4 then she left us there, We sat there for about 15 to 20 minutes without being given the menu or being asked what we would like to drink or being attended to, while we where waiting a White family came through and they where served immediately, we asked a waiter to call his manager, the manager refused to see us. when we asked the Waiter why are we not being served and other people are being attended to just when they enter? he told us because black people don't give tips! i asked him but how are we supposed to tip you if this is the service we get for our money? it was only then that he served us, after waiting for close to 30 minutes with out any one attending to us, the food was not nice the service was unbelievably horrible. Then recently we wen to Wimpy in Westgate and the tables where dirty and no one bothered to clean the table we sat on and waited for service, we waited for 15 mins and still no one came to serve us, we had no choice but to go some where else where we would feel appreciated as customers, i am so upset with Wimpy's service especially for black people.
