I went to buy a Crushed mango and berries shake 01 Dec 2013. The young lady attending me was so unfriendly and told me the price which I paid whilst waiting. After the wait another guy came give me the shake without the change I stood there and looking for the Zinhle lady who served me no there she was just gave me the money without telling me what was happening and she rushed to attend another client and I just put the money on the counter with R10.00 extra charged. I asked the guy who gave me the shake is that now R10.00 extra no! Zinhle will look for change I said why is she not telling me and stand there whilst she is busy attending someone else am I not important/ After 5min Zinhle come and I asked why is she giving that attitude and not explaining why I had to wait so long she raised the tone and said that is not attitude... I became very upset and said is the shake R10. extra if not why she is not telling me.. she was rude and I told her I was not happy she flipped the money to me instead of giving it to me hence I left it on the counter.
