Customer Service & Bad Attitude

I was at your shops today just after 14:00. As I was about to pay there was only one customer at the till being assisted. I waited to be served, your employee was opening a new account for the customer, I waited over 25 minutes without her alerting me to be patient as she is opening an account. She was also opening an account for a customer who didnt have an identity book with her, she had her sisters id book. After waiting for that long I asked if she can call one of her colleagues to come assist as there were almost 10 people behind me and her response was that she is the only one who can do the work on the till. Responding with a very bad attitude. Is that the way customers must be treated? Like we have the whole day to spend in one shop. This was highly unacceptable, it is embarassing that you bring shops closer to the people only to get such a stinking attitude from your staff. Please train your employees, let it sink in their little brains that customers dont come the shop to waste time, we come there to buy and attend to other commitments as planned for the day. That lady with a blond hair must apologize, she had no right to treat me like that...
