I am absolutely appalled at the srevice that we as business account holders receive from the business department at vodacom. You cant get any information out of them its ridiculous. Businesses need this info to compile reports and faliure to provide this info has big consequences.
All you are ever told is to send emails but nobody ever responds to those emails.
