Due to the fact of the below emails i received from vodacom and the fact that there is nothing else they can do re my problem i would like to request someone of vodacom to contact me re my contract that only end febr 2014 The reception from another provider is much better in this area. Therefor i would like to end my contract with vodacom and not paying any penalties WHY MUST I PAY FOR A SERVICE I DON'T RECEIVE?
PLEASE HELP I AM LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE MY CLIENTS CAN'T GET HOLD OF ME.
Previous emails:

I have spoken to our Network department who have stated that there is future plans for Northriding but unfortunately there is no time frame that can be offered (as per my previous email reasons) and hence the reason the a Cell extender offered to you.
