Client beg Vodacom for correct info to make pay

Refer to reference number EC-ZHT0-17AET7 Id no 7106255132084

Client received info from Vodacom after logging complaint 3 times with Helo Peter.

Client explained to Vodacom that the account number that was provided does not exist.

I took a days leave going to vodacom and Standarbank - where they confirmed the account number provided does not exist. I have in the mean time send several emails - begging for help with no response
What does a person needs to do to receive customer service at Vodacom.

After complaining now for the 5th time on Hello Peter - I am still at the first stage - mentioning 2 years laters, several emails - begging waiting a week for response from Vodacom - explaining to them the number does not work - sending them a screen shop of the error. Took a days leave - running between sta ndard Bank and Vodacom I can say - no progress.

Vodacom the fact that you still exist as a company is a miracle.

How far must I go to get finalisation???
