I've send a few emails to Mtn for the business department since 12 July 2013. I've changed my service provider to Vodacom. I've paid my account in full and received a bill from Mtn with a credit balance. I've asked them to transfer the amount to my bank account and gave them all the details, but I do not get any response. Every time I send a email they send one back to say that they will give it through to their Business Department. I think that the responding emails they send is automatically on their system. I would like to know what they are going to do about it.
