Vodacom is blocking all my business emails

A week back Vodacom started blocking all my outgoing business emails claiming that it is spam, turning my business into a nightmare. I have been using the Vodacom 3G modem for months without any email problems and have my email accounts with Atlantic Internet Service.

People at the call centre couldn't help me and through my insistence, I was put in touch with the CM & Data Support Team Leader. Despite his willingness to help, he communicated with the Vodacom's Advance Data Solutions Team as if it was another company. Today he let me know that the problem is "beyond" them, again after non-stop requests for urgent help from my side.

At the same time, a week back I started pleading with the Advance Data Solutions Team at [Email Removed] to rectify the blocking of my legitimate business emails. I got 3 written assurances that that Vodamail SMTP support engineers and Email administrators have resolved my problems.

Needless to say that they are still blocking all my business emails. In addition to the fact that my reasonable and legitimate complaints are "beyond" customer care, Vodacom's Advance Data Solutions Team is now blocking my requests for help as well.
