I have been trying to find out information on our APN registered with Vodacom Business.
NO ONE has been able to help me and they just keep on transferring me to different departments.
This is really ridiculous service and I am now fed up with Vodacom, being a Business customer, you expect to be a priority.
The Vodacom Business transfers me to the Vodacom Data department, and they tell me that it is a Business account and that they cant help me, and then they transfer me to Vodacom Business, and they cant help me because they don't know anything about data..
So please sort this out immediately as this is now urgent!
