I have phoned Vodacom 082111 five times starting 13 November 2013 to help me to log into my account, because now suddenly it does not accept my password. I have received a number S3-T613L-LNAW7 from them and I have spoken to team leaders without success.
I do believe the people working does not worry about the clients or they are not trained to sort out my problem.
I have the smart 450 package and the usage of the minutes does not work on first in first out for the minutes carried over to the next month. They work it as last in first out and it you did not use the previous months minutes then you lose it. when I confronted them with it they told me it is specified in the contract. I could not find it and they did not send a copy to me.
It is really not a pleasure to do business with Vodacom if you have a problem. They on the otherhand do not skip a month to take their money?
