Over the last two years I have had countless issues with my signal as a vodacom user. It has progressively gotten worse over this period that now I very rarely can have a conversation without my phone cutting off after 5 minutes!! It doesnt matter what area I am in and other fellow users are having the same problems. Being a surgical rep I rely on my phone for medical emergencies. Not only is this affecting my work but I am being charged for connection fees with every call back which shouldnt be necessary. It is a security issue as well because I travel alone and sometimes late at night. I have asked for a booster many times to at least improve the signal at my home but nothing has been done. There was hope when an appointment was made to come to my house to install the booster but no one arrived. I have not had any news since. I have proof with numerous screen shots displaying 'call failed' including two from just this morning. My contract ends in 3 months and I certainly not be renewing it.
