VODACOM 'PAID FOR' MINUTES

My husband and I both had Talk1000 packages, we were accumulating our minutes and every month we were starting to lose our accumulated minutes because you cannot accumulate more than 3500 or 4000 minutes. We decided a Talk1000 package was not working for either one of us and went to Vodacom to downgrade to a Smart L package.

To my utter shock and dismay I noticed the month after migration ALL our accumulation of minutes were GONE!! How dare Vodacom just take them!! My husband and I have paid for 2 x Talk1000 packages for 4-5 years and now we downgrade and our minute accumulation is gone. How can you just decide to take it back if not used and I have paid for it in the first place.
