Poor service

Vodacom phoned me and told me that I was pre-selected for the Super M package. This was supposed to be such a great service, after I have been on a weekender and weekender plus contract since 1998.

This pricing was much more than my weekender package and I could use the minutes anytime, that sounds like a good deal, but they did not tell me that the minutes cannot be carried over to the next month. I had more than 200 minutes and my wife more than 300 minutes that we build up over the months. The first month on the new contract we did not lose this minutes, so you can understand our surprize when we realised the second month that my minutes have disappeared as well as my wife's.

I phoned Vodacom and raised a complaint on the 1st of June 2013. We are now almost at the end of July and the 48 hour feedback have turned into almost a month. I am going to cancel my contracts and move over to another network.

I am sorry to say but since Vodacom went red so did my face.
