To whom it may concern.

Allow me to vent my frustration at your small parking lot and always having to fight for a parking, its always a mission finding a place to park. This is a great inconvenience especially when you come in on your lunch break, but I can assure you having someone as swift and friendly as Zulfah at your help desk is a real blessing. I have forgotten all about my parking frustrations know that I am safe in Zulfah's hands.

On the 27/11/13 I brought in my 9300 for the 6th time and this device has been swopped out. I explained to her what the problem was and also advised her that I'm on my lunch break, within 90mins my phone was ready for collection even though my phone is still giving the same problem. What I want to bring to your attention is the consistency of great service received by Zulfah I have been dealing with your shop for the past 10 years almost, and her service goes beyond just getting me sorted.

I contacted her when days after I received my phone from your repair centre with the same problem, at which she advised me to bring in my phone and she will book it in and have them sort it out 'for proper'
