With patience and friendliness my not-so-tolerable query was resolved in no time! Zulfah Otto showed a positive attitude and great communication skills. She answered all my questions sufficiently and made sure I received feedback on time. She made me feel comfortable and assured me that my order was handled with care and that the money spent would be well worth it.
I have yet to receive my parcel but have no doubt that it will be in my hands soon.
For what it's worth, I feel Zulfah should receive some sort of recognition for her workmanship. If not, she receives a massive gold star from me :)
